When an admin opens a new workspace, NextLevel MCA shows a welcome window and a Setup checklist at the top of the page. The checklist tracks the six things a workspace needs before its first submission, and ticks each one off as you do it.
Admins only. Reps and managers see a shorter welcome and no checklist.

The welcome window

The first time you open the app you see Welcome, your name. Let’s get your workspace ready. with the six steps listed and ticked where they’re already done.
  • Start setup opens the checklist.
  • Show me around takes you to the Deals page and runs its tour. See Guided tours.
The welcome shows once per person. Closing it counts as seen. Reps and managers get Welcome, your name with Show me around or Skip.

Working through the checklist

The checklist lives in the Setup 3/6 button in the top bar of NextLevel MCA, next to the ? menu. Click it to see each step, why it matters, and a link to where you do it.
1

Connect a mailbox

Without one, submissions can’t be emailed to lenders. Set up opens Settings → Senders. Ticks when at least one mailbox in the workspace is connected. See Connecting Gmail or Outlook.
2

Add your lenders

Deals can only be submitted to lenders you’ve added. Set up opens Lenders. Ticks when you have at least one active lender. See Adding a lender.
3

Review your pipeline

Check the stages deals move through and what moves them. Your pipeline comes with default stages, so this step ticks only when you click Mark reviewed. Open takes you to Settings → Pipeline. See Deals and the pipeline and Pipeline stage events.
4

Review the application form

Choose what merchants fill in, then share the link. The form comes with defaults too, so click Mark reviewed when you’re happy. Open takes you to Settings → Application Form. See The application form.
5

Add your team

Give your reps and managers access. Set up opens Settings → Team. Ticks once the workspace has more than one active user. See Adding team members.
6

Add your logo

It appears on the application form, merchant portal and PDFs. Set up opens Settings → General → Branding. Ticks when a logo is uploaded there or in the application form’s branding.
When all six are done the button reads All set and the checklist says You’re all set. Once you’ve closed it after that, it goes away.

What happens next

  • The checklist never opens by itself. Open it whenever you want from the Setup button.
  • Steps are checked live. If a mailbox is later disconnected or your only lender is retired, that step goes back to unticked.
  • Mark reviewed counts for the whole workspace: once one admin marks the pipeline reviewed, every admin sees it ticked.
  • The welcome window and hiding the checklist are per person.

Hiding and bringing it back

  • Hide setup guide at the bottom of the checklist removes the Setup button for you.
  • To bring it back, open the ? menu in the top bar and choose Setup guide.

Common problems

It’s for admins only, and it’s gone if you hid it or finished all six steps. Use ? → Setup guide to bring it back. If Setup guide isn’t in the menu either, you’re not an admin on this workspace.
Click the Setup button again; it re-checks every time it opens. The mailbox must show as connected in Settings → Senders. A disconnected mailbox doesn’t count. See Reconnecting a mailbox.
It needs at least one active user besides you in Settings → Team. Deactivated users don’t count.
