Pick a period
The period at the top (This month, Last month, This quarter, This year) sets which dates the results count, in your account’s time zone. To do, pipeline and activity always show things as they are right now. Refresh reloads the numbers. My day
My day covers your deals: the ones where you’re the originator or the closer. An admin’s My day also includes deals nobody owns yet, so they don’t get missed.Your results
- Funded: the amount and number of your deals funded in the period.
- Rep Commissions: what you earned in the period, with how much is paid and how much is pending.
- Submissions sent in the period.
- Open deals: your deals still in play, right now.
To do
What needs you, most urgent first. Each row names the business, what’s needed and how long it has waited. Click a row to open the deal on the right tab. There’s nothing to tick off: a row disappears once it’s handled.
When the list is empty, it says You’re all caught up.
Your pipeline and recent activity
My pipeline shows your open deals by stage. Click a stage to open your active deals. Recent activity lists lender replies, offers, merchant uploads, signatures, stage moves and fundings on your deals, newest first.Business
Business is for admins and managers. An admin sees the whole account. A manager sees their reps’ deals, without Lender Commissions or the lender list. Reps don’t see Business.- Results for the period: funded, Lender Commissions (earned and paid), Rep Commissions owed, submissions sent and offers received.
- Deal flow: of the deals created in the period, how many were submitted, got a lender reply, got an offer and funded.
- Pipeline today: open deals by stage, with how many and how much was requested.
- Funding trend: the amount funded in each of the last 6 months.
- Lenders: for each lender you submitted to in the period, how many went out, how often it replied and made offers, how fast it usually replies, and what it funded.
- Team: each rep’s deals, submissions, offers, funded amount and Rep Commissions. It shows once your account has more than one person.
Funded amounts count deals marked funded. If the money numbers read $0, mark funded offers as funded; see Marking a deal funded.
