Working hours let an admin decide when the team can see customer data. Outside those hours people can still sign in, but NextLevel MCA shows them a notice instead of your deals, businesses and merchants. You can also lock one person out until you unlock them, for example while they’re serving notice.
Working hours are for admins only. Admins are never paused, so someone can always change the hours or unlock a person.

Set your account’s hours

1

Open Working hours

Go to Settings → Team → Working hours.
2

Turn on Account hours

Switch on Account hours. Each day starts at 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with the weekend closed.
3

Set each day

For each day, switch it on and choose a start and end time, or switch it off to close it all day. Each day has one block of hours, and it can’t run past midnight.
4

Save

Click Save changes. People are paused or let back in within a minute.
Times are in your account’s time zone, the same one your reports use. It’s shown under the days.

Change one person’s hours

Under People, everyone who isn’t an admin has a row showing whether they’re open right now, for example Open until 7:00 PM or Paused until 8:00 AM Monday. Pick one of these for each person: Locking and unlocking are recorded in your account’s activity log.

What a paused person sees

What keeps working

Working hours limit what people see, not what your account does. While someone is paused:
  • lender replies are still read from your mailboxes and logged on the deal,
  • submissions and emails already on their way still go out,
  • CRM workflows, your application form and the merchant portal keep running,
  • API keys and the integrations that use them (your website form, Zapier) keep working.

Good to know

  • The CRM’s own phone app isn’t paused. NextLevel MCA can only cover CRM pages in a browser. If someone mustn’t see your leads at all, also change their permissions in the CRM, or remove them from the team.
  • Changes take effect within a minute, including Unlock, and including CRM pages that are already open.
  • The pause starts and ends on time even if the person has the app open and isn’t clicking anything.

Common problems

Give it a minute, then ask them to reload the page. If they’re using the CRM’s phone app, NextLevel MCA can’t cover it; change their permissions in the CRM instead.
Set them to Own hours with a later end time, or Never paused if their hours vary.
Hours follow your account’s time zone, not each person’s computer. For someone in another time zone, give them Own hours that match their day in your account’s time zone.
Only admins see it. Ask an admin on your account to set the hours or make you an admin.
