NextLevel MCA runs inside your CRM, so you sign in once, to the CRM, and the app knows who you are. This article covers opening it on a computer, installing it on your phone, and what to do when it won’t open. It applies to everyone on the team.

On a computer: from the CRM

1

Sign in to your CRM

Use your usual CRM login and open the workspace (sub-account) your brokerage works in.
2

Click a NextLevel MCA item in the left menu

For example Deals or Lenders. NextLevel MCA chooses the names and where they sit in the menu.
3

That's it

The app signs you in from your CRM session. There is no second password.

When the app has been idle

If you leave the app open for a long time, it may show Reconnecting to your CRM… for a moment and then put you back where you were. If it can’t get your sign-in from the CRM (usually because your CRM session ended), it shows Session ended:
  1. Refresh the whole CRM page (Ctrl+R, or Cmd+R on a Mac). Refreshing only the app’s area isn’t enough.
  2. Sign back in to the CRM if it asks.
  3. Open NextLevel MCA from the menu again.

Opening app.nextlevelmca.com directly

If you go to app.nextlevelmca.com in its own browser tab, you’ll usually see a page titled Choose how you’d like to sign in. On a computer, click Go to NextLevel Automations to sign in to the CRM, then open NextLevel MCA from the CRM’s menu. The same page has the phone install steps.

On your phone: the app with a PIN

On a phone you can install NextLevel MCA to your home screen and sign in with your email and a 6-digit PIN, without going through the CRM.
1

Set your PIN on a computer

Open NextLevel MCA from the CRM and go to Settings → General → Mobile PIN. Click Set PIN, type 6 digits, then type them again to confirm. You’ll see PIN is set. Everyone can open this page, whatever their permissions.
2

Install the app on your phone

On your phone, open app.nextlevelmca.com in the browser.
  • iPhone or iPad (Safari): tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, then Add.
  • Android (Chrome): tap the menu (three dots), then Install app, then Install.
3

Sign in from the home-screen icon

Open NL MCA from your home screen. On Sign In with PIN, enter your email and tap Continue. If you belong to more than one workspace, pick one under Select Location. Then enter your PIN.
The app remembers you until your session expires, then asks for your PIN again. To change or remove your PIN, go back to Settings → General → Mobile PIN and click Change PIN or Remove PIN.
PIN sign-in only works from the installed app. If you open the PIN page in a normal browser tab, it shows Install the App instead.

New to the workspace

Your admin adds you under Settings → Team, and your CRM user is linked to NextLevel MCA. After that, opening the app from the CRM signs you straight in. See Adding team members. For a brand-new workspace, the account owner becomes its admin automatically. A CRM admin who opens NextLevel MCA before anyone else also becomes its admin.

Common problems

The app couldn’t get your sign-in from the CRM. Refresh the whole CRM page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R), sign in to the CRM again if asked, and reopen NextLevel MCA from the menu.
The workspace is set up, but you haven’t been added to it yet. Ask your admin to add you under Settings → Team, then open the app again.
Nobody has set up this workspace yet. Ask a CRM admin of this account to open NextLevel MCA from the CRM: they become its admin and can then add you under Settings → Team. If you’re the only user of the account in the CRM, the app makes you its admin within the hour, so reload the page then.
The sign-in didn’t complete, most often because the session expired. Click Try Again. If it keeps happening, sign out of the CRM, sign back in, and open NextLevel MCA from the menu.
Access is paused because the account’s billing needs attention. Nothing is deleted. See Subscription and access.
This CRM account isn’t set up for NextLevel MCA. Contact NextLevel MCA at support@nextlevelmca.com.
You haven’t set a PIN yet, or it was removed. Set one on a computer under Settings → General → Mobile PIN.
Use the same email as your NextLevel MCA user (the one your CRM user has). If you’ve never opened the app from the CRM, do that first on a computer.
Refresh the whole CRM page. If it still won’t load, try a private (incognito) window to rule out a browser extension, then get help.
