Ask a person
- Your NextLevel MCA admin. Most questions about access, permissions, lenders, the pipeline or settings are answered by whoever set up your workspace. If you’re not sure who that is, ask your manager.
- NextLevel MCA. Email support@nextlevelmca.com, or use Contact in the Help & support panel, for billing, missing menu items, a bell that doesn’t appear in the CRM, or anything else you’re stuck on.
Help & support in the CRM header
The round ? button at the top of your CRM, just left of the phone button and next to the NextLevel MCA bell, opens the Help & support panel:- Ask: type a question in plain language. The assistant answers from these Help articles and links the one it used. If something failed, tell it what happened: it can check the errors your browser recently reported and look at your deals, only as far as you’re allowed to see them. It can’t change anything for you, but it will tell you where to do it.
- Help articles: search and open these articles without leaving the CRM.
- Contact: send the NextLevel MCA team a message. Your name, account and the page you were on are included for you.
Before you ask
A few quick checks solve a lot of problems:- Refresh the whole CRM page (Ctrl+R, or Cmd+R on a Mac), then reopen NextLevel MCA. See Opening NextLevel MCA.
- Check your subscription if the app shows a lock screen. See Subscription and access.
- Check your mailbox if emails aren’t going out. See Reconnecting a mailbox.
- Check you have access: some pages and buttons only show for certain roles. See Roles.
