NextLevel MCA tells you about the moments that matter on your deals: a lender approved or declined, contracts came back, the merchant signed or uploaded documents, a deal was assigned to you or funded. Everything lands in the bell. Everyone on the team has one.

The bell in the CRM header

On a computer, NextLevel MCA adds its own bell to the top bar of your CRM, just to the left of the CRM’s phone button (or of the CRM’s own bell when the phone isn’t shown). It’s a round teal button, and a red badge shows how many notifications you haven’t read (99+ above 99). It’s there on every page of your workspace in the CRM, not just in NextLevel MCA, so you’ll see new activity while you work on contacts or conversations. It appears a few seconds after the CRM page loads, once it has signed you in.
1

Click the bell

A panel opens with your latest notifications, newest first. Unread ones are in bold with a dot.
2

Click a notification

It’s marked read and the deal opens in NextLevel MCA inside the CRM.
3

Tidy up

Mark all read clears the badge. See all opens the full Notifications page. Preferences opens your notification settings right in the panel.
Click anywhere outside the panel, or press Escape, to close it.
If the bell opens a deal in a new browser tab instead of inside the CRM, open NextLevel MCA from the CRM’s menu once. After that, the bell knows where to open deals in this browser.

In the phone app and outside the CRM

In the NextLevel MCA phone app, and when the app is open in its own browser tab, the bell sits in the app’s own top bar. It works the same way. Inside the CRM, the app doesn’t show a second bell; the one in the CRM header does the job. The CRM’s own phone app doesn’t show the NextLevel MCA bell. On your phone, use the NextLevel MCA phone app (see Opening NextLevel MCA) and turn on alerts (see Desktop notifications).

The Notifications page

See all opens the Notifications page: every notification you have, with All and Unread tabs, Mark all read and Preferences at the top, and Show older at the bottom. Notifications are kept for 90 days.

What you’ll be notified about

Every event always shows in the bell. You choose which ones also send a pop-up alert or an email. See Notification preferences. By default you hear about deals where you’re the originator or the closer, and never about something you did yourself. Admins and managers can choose to hear about every deal they can see. When the same thing changes again within a few minutes (a lender approves, then sends the terms), the earlier notification is updated and marked unread again instead of adding a second one.

Common problems

Wait a few seconds after the page loads, then refresh the CRM page. The bell only shows once you’re signed in to NextLevel MCA, so open NextLevel MCA from the CRM’s menu once. If it still doesn’t appear, contact NextLevel MCA at support@nextlevelmca.com.
You only get notifications for deals where you’re the originator or closer. If no deals are assigned to you, nothing arrives. Check the deal’s originator and closer, or, if you’re an admin or manager, turn on Notify me about every deal I can see in Notification preferences.
You’re signed in with a NextLevel MCA staff account that isn’t a user in this workspace. Add yourself under Settings → Team to get notifications here.
An application that didn’t come through a rep’s link has no originator yet, unless your application form assigns a default one. Only admins and managers with every deal turned on hear about it. Assign the deal, or turn on every deal.
The bell checks for new notifications every 30 seconds and whenever you come back to the tab. Click it to refresh the list.
To check the whole chain end to end, send yourself a test notification.
