When a merchant opens a rep’s application link, they now see who their rep is and how to reach them: a card with the rep’s photo, name, title, phone, email, a short message and an optional Book a call link. On a computer it sits beside the form; on a phone it’s a strip above the form that opens to call, text or email. The same card shows in the merchant portal for the deal’s rep.
- Reps fill in their card under Settings → General → My rep card, with a live preview. The phone shown is the one you enter for the card, or your profile phone.
- Admins turn cards on and choose which details may show under Settings → Application Form → Form behavior → Rep business card, and decide whether the general (non-rep) link shows nothing or the company’s contact details. Cards are off until an admin turns them on.
