Resubmit through the lender’s API
Queues a fresh attempt through the lender’s funder integration (api.attempt_number increments). The duplicate guard only allows it when the last attempt is errored or stale, at least 2 minutes have passed since it was sent, and the lender hasn’t answered: not when the submission is approved, needs_info or funded, or the lender has a live offer on the deal, since a retry would send them a second application. An attempt with error_code: "unconfirmed" (the funder may have it) is never retried here; check with the lender, and the team can send it again from the app. Otherwise 409 retry_blocked with retry_after_seconds (a number only when waiting out the 2 minutes is all that blocks it; use check-status when the funder already has the application). api.can_retry follows the same rule and api.retry_blocked_reason says why, so read them first to avoid the 409. Pre-flight failures return 400 not_ready with missing / invalid / labels. This sends a real application: always pass an Idempotency-Key.
