# Connecting a mailbox works from inside the CRM again

  Connecting a Gmail mailbox in **Settings → Senders** could finish the Google sign-in and then not add the mailbox, and some Outlook connections did the same. The sign-in window now adds the mailbox itself, says so, and closes, and the list shows it a few seconds later.

  If a mailbox you connected is missing from **Settings → Senders**, connect it again. See [Connecting a mailbox](/help/email-senders).
