# Export your data from the Export center

  Admins can now download their account's records and files from **Settings → Export center**: a full backup, spreadsheets to work with, or one slice, like every bank statement or every deal with its submissions.

  * **Start from a preset:** full backup, deals with submissions, all bank statements, or commissions, then change anything.
  * **Excel or CSV,** with money and dates as real numbers and dates. Files come as uploaded (never the watermarked copies sent to lenders), grouped by deal or by document type.
  * **Filter it:** by date created, submitted or funded, rep, lender, stage or status.
  * **Built in the background:** you get a notification when it's ready, and it's kept for 3 days. Neither the notification nor the email contains the file.
  * **SSNs stay masked** unless you choose to include them in full; that export is marked and recorded.
  * **Every export is in the activity log:** who started it, who downloaded it, and when.
