# Choose which mailboxes send lender submissions

  Each mailbox on **Settings → Senders** now has a **Lender submissions** switch. Switch it off and that mailbox is no longer offered when anyone submits a deal, so every submission can go from one shared address while reps keep their own mailboxes for everything else.

  * **Submit to lenders** starts on your own mailbox, then the workspace default, then the first one, and lists only the mailboxes used for submissions. Submissions sent through the API or the AI assistant go from a mailbox picked the same way.
  * **Request contracts goes from the mailbox that sent the deal.** The lender hears from the address it already knows, and the window shows that mailbox instead of a picker. You only pick one if that mailbox has been disconnected or removed.

  The Senders page is easier to read too. Each setting is a column labelled once, the default mailbox is a choice in the **Default** column, and **Reconnect**, **Test connection** and **Remove sender** are in each mailbox's **⋯** menu. **AI processing** is now called **Reads replies**, and a line under the list says which mailbox sends lender submissions.
