# Your business card on the application

  When a merchant opens a rep's application link, they now see who their rep is and how to reach them: a card with the rep's photo, name, title, phone, email, a short message and an optional **Book a call** link. On a computer it sits beside the form; on a phone it's a strip above the form that opens to call, text or email. The same card shows in the merchant portal for the deal's rep.

  * **Reps** fill in their card under **Settings → General → My rep card**, with a live preview. The phone shown is the one you enter for the card, or your profile phone.
  * **Admins** turn cards on and choose which details may show under **Settings → Application Form → Form behavior → Rep business card**, and decide whether the general (non-rep) link shows nothing or the company's contact details. Cards are off until an admin turns them on.

  Applications from a rep's link are still assigned to that rep.
