# Notifications

  Hear about the moments that matter on your deals without watching the app. A NextLevel MCA bell now sits at the top of your CRM, with a red badge for anything unread. Click it to see what happened and jump straight to the deal.

  You're notified when:

  * a lender approves, sends an offer or new terms, asks for more information, declines or sends contracts;
  * a submission fails to send;
  * a merchant accepts an offer, signs, uploads documents or completes a document request;
  * a new application arrives from your link;
  * a deal is assigned or passed to you, or funds;
  * a bank statement analysis finishes.

  Notifications go to the deal's closer and originator. Choose which ones you get, in the app, by email or as pop-up alerts on your computer, under **Settings → Notifications**, and send yourself a test to check everything works.
