# Contracts tracked to the lender's reply

  After **Request contracts**, the offer shows *Contracts requested · waiting on the lender*. When the lender replies with the contracts attached, the files are filed under Documents → Contracts on their own, the offer flips to *Contracts received*, and the deal's rep gets an email saying so. Nobody has to watch an inbox.
