# Catching problems before you report them

  Behind the scenes, the app now watches itself. Errors in the browser and in the API are tracked with the request that caused them, failed requests that hurt a broker (a submission that would not send, a form that would not save) alert the team within minutes, background jobs that give up are visible instead of silent, and every request carries its timing. The aim is simple: when something breaks, we know before you write in.
