# Lender criteria and matching, rebuilt

  Each lender's record has a criteria editor: eligibility (states, industries, time in business, revenue, positions, NSFs and negative days, credit score, funding range, paper grades), production and terms. On a deal's **Submissions** tab every lender is scored against those rules with each check explained, a workspace threshold separates *recommended* from merely *eligible*, and a *Matching inputs* card holds the facts the engine cannot read from documents. Every deal carries a paper grade from A to D, computed from its bank analysis and facts, which lenders can require.
