# Conversations and contact linking

  Texts and emails with a merchant show in one thread on the deal's **Conversation** tab. People are matched to your CRM contacts, so texts go through the CRM and calls start with a click. Notes and tasks on a business or deal sync to the CRM, and a deal or advance opened from the CRM's contact page deep-links straight into the full app.
